kn1t / Patterns / Frecklegirl Thong

I designed this thong for a friend's bridal shower. She's a knitter too, so she got a real kick out of it. All of the guests, grandmothers included, had a good laugh. Let's be honest, couldn't everyone use a knitted thong?

This example is knit out of a lace weight wool. The wool isn't so practical, but it's the bride's favorite color. Ideally I would use a fine cotton, maybe Stork baby cotton from Dale.
